1 , all the battery capacity of these car dvr are about 200mAh to 500mAh , the battery was designed to power-off protection , Only can support about 2 minutes without the car charger , it's normal .

2 , the car dvr is 1080P full hd car dvr , please use the genuine 10 class SD card , Non genuine Class 10 TF card is easy caused by card screen , blurred screen , leak seconds, not cyclic recording video caton, crash.

3 , when appeared they can't read the SD card or blurred screen you can try to reset the car dvr .

4 , It's best format the TF card at the first use .

5 , If your car dvr have many scratch on screen , please don't worry , it's a film to protector the screen , you can tear off it

6 , When recording please short press the power botton , The LED light is design UV lens , so it's not easy to see the light .
